Born in West Texas, lived in Austin, and inevitably made my way to Chicago. Am a music fan and still work in the carnage of what's left of the music industry. Got diagnosed with MS in the summer of 2006—after only one mis-diagnosis! Was enrolled in the Tovaxin/TERMS vaccine trial until they ran out of cash and kicked us all out. Sadly, it worked and looks like it will never see market Bummer. I see myself as an optimistic realist, with realism usually topping optimism.
