DBS is not for everyone. Talk to your MDS to see if you are a candidate. Don't put off checking into this because you think your condition is not "bad enough". Putting off this therapy IF you are a good candidate could end up speeding progression of the disease. There is a different target for PD DBS with different potential benefits and side effects.
