UNBREAKABLE..

Peeking over the edge of the cliff,
butterflies in the stomach, knowing.
Purple rays of my setting sun,
wind so strong, steals my breath
dare not open my eyes, smell
fear of the height holds me back.
the last beam of sunlight breaks
striking my head and shoulders
pulling my spirit free, free.
Falling , feel the ground rush up
then the darkness, all around.

In the blackness a billion stars come together,
forms my arms , legs, body by the light.
A rush of spiritual, universal energy into my heart,
i don't need to breath here, muscles alive.
my spirit, the only object shining bright,
but it eliminates the dark abyss , cold.
i fear nothing here even when it charges
strikes my spirit , smashing it like glass,
it comes together as if  drawn like a magnet,
a gift, a miracle, a life, unbreakable.
