Got my blood results back and theyre as follows. My HBA1C 10.7 (thats a lil high but its come down a hell of a lot) LIPID Profile is completely noral with a cholesterol level of 4.5 and need it to be 4.1 so well on for the target. And my biochemicals are all within the normal range no liver or kidney damage the only problem was my white blood cell level was high suggesting im fighting an infection or virus (tried telling them its my body trying to make me look decent, but they wouldn't believe me lol). The BCP was all within the normal range so all is well at the moment i can't complain just hope they can figure out the cause and cure for these damn muscle spasms

Had a terrible day yesterday from start to finish woke up with my sugar level high injected insulin accordingly and then had a hypo in a shop i then ran to the closest shop that sold lucozade and sat on the floor just outside the shop near a bus stop with people staring pointing and laughing whilst i was trying to drink the lucozade and spilling all over myself disaster from start to finish.

After recent siezures and repeated muscle spasms im back on gabapentin which doesn't prevent the muscle spasms but makes them bareable. I try numerous pain killers which dont help and iv given up ringing paramedics as they cant do anything for me except take me to hospital for observation and this doesnt help me. I now have an alarm fitted by the local council so if i need help they are there to talk to and alert the emergency services if required this puts my fmillys mind at rest but doesnt really help me. I just which they could diagnose exactly whats causing these spasms so they can be prevented. The best way to describe them is like what the paramedic says its like the film the mummy when a character has a scarab beetle moving though there bodies. It is excruciating pain that renders me helpless for the rest of the day and cautious of my movements and general activities for the next few days. I have even resorted to religion as an escape method iv prayed for these to stop and as i thought no response and no effect. If anyone has any suggestions i would be truly gratefull as i was once told desperate times call for desperate measures.

As always useless helpless and have no idea what is going to happen and when how can i possibly live a normal life when all this is going on
