Yesterday had some neuralgia pain in one side of my face, had to take a few panadol, didn't feel too bad for most of the day. Last night it was too late when I remembered I hadn't taken my Tramadol (slow release) so thought I wouldn't bother and I would be ok for the night. Nope, a big mistake again. I did go to bed early as I could no longer get comfortable anywhere... so curled up in bed I red for a couple of hours, but then tossed and turned all night with the ever-so-familiar full-body burn! Tried to get up once this morning about 9.30am, ended up straight back to bed but decided to do some more reading. 11.30am decided enough is enough, I HAVE to get up... but oh what a struggle just to find the energy for the shower etc. 'Tis going to be one very slow day again by the looks of things emoticon sad

Feel really drained today... luckily it didn't hit yesterday while my family and grandkids were here for lunch, but not long after they left, what I call my "sleeping sickness" raised it's head, spent the rest of the day on the couch not being able to stay awake for long at all, actually slept all night (rare because of insomnia) and now today it's so hard just to find the energy for a showever or anything other than sleeping. Very very drained, thankfully no pain though. emoticon sad
