About judith

I am a 67 year old retired school administrator. I am divorced and happily single with a sweet British man in my life. I have two wonderful sons and two daughters-in-law, who married them. One son lives in Upwey, Victoria, Australia with their three children ages 2, 5 and 7 years. I practice Yoga and Weight lifting several times a week at my gym. Meditation has helped me to deal with stress in my life. I am open and accepting of my Parkinson's and believe that a cure will be found. Until then, I take my medications and structure my life in a positive way to support my own health.

Every September for the past five years, I have traveled to Australia to celebrate my grandchildren's birthdays.  This year we spent three days on Philip Island and visited the Nobies, where the Fairy Penquins live.
