Had cortisone injections in both knees, also in left thumb area of hand. Had series of 3 injections under knee caps to replace miniscus (cushioning) to void the bone on bone grinding in my knees.

I have had to deal with Fibro on a day to day basis. I have come to realize that there seems to be always something new to be an issue causing pain and/or discomfort. The most recent issue has been cramping in my arches and toes and calves when I'm trying to sit or lay down to rest.
