      Hello! I'm Chloe, I'm from the UK and I'm 13 years old. I have and was born with HPPK (Hereditary Palmoplantar Keratoderma) which is a thickening of skin on my palms of my hands and soles of my feet. I an a fan of One Direction- they mean a lot to me:) I joined just because I wanted to find other people with this condition, find people suffering similar and different diseases and to write how I feel.

      Their much more dry lately. Peeling alot and much less orange which is good. Been using alot of moisturisers aswell.
