In October of 2009, my beloved Mum died. She was my favorite person in the world, and my best friend through thick and thin; I more or less grew up without a father. I have been grieving ever since. Hence, depression, anxiety, insomnia, guilt, anger...you name it.

I woke in the middle of the night feeling like a piano was resting on my chest. I thought I was having a heart attack. Had oxygen, morphine, ventolin in the hospital, told it might be costochondritis, but no one was sure what it was, if it could be prevented, or whether it come back. It did, a couple of times.
