I feel pretty good today. I was a hurting a little yesterday in my neck and shoulders, but not bad. The weather has been so crazy lately it has been affecting me a little, but nothing like before. Hope everyone is having a pain free week. emoticon smile

I am happy to announce that I havent taken my blood pressure medicine for about 2 weeks. I checked my blood pressure again this morning and it was in the normal range. Woohoo...these shakes are awesome. They have done so much for me health wise.

My nutritional shakes are helping me more everyday. I still have mild pain, but nothing compared to what I was having. I thank God everyday for helping me with my struggles and also for bringing this product into my life. Without him, I would never make it. emoticon smile

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia about 14 years ago. I have tried different treatments with little success. I recently found a nutritional shake that has helped me so much with my symptoms. I feel so much better since starting them. I have lost weight, sleep better, have more energy and have less pain.

The cost is not bad at all. It cost about $1.50 a shake, which is less than the cost of a meal, so you save money. They do have a 3 for free program. If you can get 3 others to join you on the shakes, you get yours for free.
