About krissee35

I am white 46 year old female. When born ,both my parents noticed one of my legs seemed longer. Around the age of 12, my mom noticed my shoulders seemed "off". Eventually, they took me to a chriropractor who found I had a very serious backwards S for a spine. Years later after bearing 3 children, I noticed some back pain. In 2002 , unfortunately, I was referred to an orthpedic surgeon. If you read on, I will explain the "unfortunately" comment. Looonngg story short, I did allow him to open me from the (back) the neck down to the sacrum, fusing my spine with herrington rods. HORRIBLE MISTAKE.

More About krissee35

That surgery "ALL FELL DOWN" in 2006, requiring another operation. That same BAD surgeon put screws in my vertabra, shattering them, 5 or 6 herniated discs, all "new?" unknown hardware, rods, causing me, in the end, to be a crippled woman. I went from 120 hours a week to zero (working). I am now fully disabled, depressed, and almost with out a soul. We did try to catch this "DR" in a major malpractice suit. We even appealed it to The Appeals judges. The "dr" held all papers too long, his secretary committed fraud, and I am crippled.

My advice to ANYONE considering a major back surgery DO NOT DO IT. If you can function in your life with pain killers, apt for that instead of such an inasive procedure. This bad "dr" has been given the "boot" at the 2 major hospitals in the town I reside. He had too many (hundreds) personal injury suits against him. Now he practices in a little creepy "doctor owned hospital" in Boise, Idaho.

Also, remember, if a doctor operates on your person, you have 2 YEARS to file a malpractice suit against the doctor, or you become another statistic like myself.

I am trying to start a support group for patients like myself. We have no where to go to vent, talk, sociolize. It's a darn shame. If anyone is interested in starting up a group, pass the word around. We really need one. Thanks to all that allowed me to "vent".
