I am currently working on a graduate degree. I was diagnosed with SLE in 1995 when I was 13, nephritis, CKF and hypertension in 1996, and severe anemia in 2007. My lupus has had serious kidney involvement at times, which required hemodialysis treatment in both summer 1996 and winter 2007, though both time my kidneys recovered enough so that I could come of dialysis without getting a kidney transplant. My kidneys are considered stable at this time and my main problem lately is fatigue.
