Started physical therapy today for my rotator cuff tear and saw an orthapedic doctor who gave me an injection of cortizon to try and calm it down some.

Mood wise I am up and down. I was finally allowed to have my granddaughters for the day on Saturday. My Dgtr in law was perfectly fine with it but my son really hurt my feelings and said some not so nice things to me. I was happy and excited to have the girls but mad and angry at my son. Had an awsome day Saturday but physically I have been paying for it Monday and today. It was worth it but wish the pain wasn't so bad. Have been dealing with a lot more head aches than usual but I think this weather of rain/snow and sun off and on is really affecting my head.

For the last two days during the day I haven't had a headache but by time bed time or a few hours before bed time I have a horrible headache. Been going to bed to try and sleep to escape the pain. Been off my blood pressure meds for 4 days or so. I have dr appt wednesday to discuss blood pressure medication. Been a bit achey but other than that body wise I have been doing good. Last Saturday I was in tears off and on due to body pain so what I have now is definately an improvement even though I am still experiencing pain. Amy was with us over the weekend and told me she was sick all day yesterday and I am hoping that my stomache ache isn't a sign that I am getting sick too. It is 3:47am and I have been up since 1am due to my stomache ache.

pain is just to much.....
doing a bit of crying and not much I can do to make it better. Its so damn frustrating.

Well we finally moved March 30-31 and as usual I did too much and ended up hurting worse and firing off a bad flare. Was out of it for a couple days and as I started to recover I had to start putting things away so we could cook. Been very slowly putting things away and sorting out what goes back to storage. Some days I can get a bit done and other days I can't. I brought my pedal excersiser back to the apartment so I could start again and I am sore from that too. Can't wait until things settle down. Too much work and too much stress causing migraines and pain.

so I took my night meds and crawled in bed. Our dog came and nudged me as she wanted to go out potty. Took her out and crawled in bed. Just before I was about asleep she nudged me again and was insistant so I got up and let her out again. First time she just peed the second pooed. Figured I reall get some sleep now but jumped in the shower first as the cold air outside was making me hurt. Before I could fall a sleep she nudges me again. Took her out and she went again. I dont think she is feeling good. Now its 1:55 am I still havent gotten any sleep and I am hurting bad so I took a pain pill. Waiting for it to kick in and then will try going back to bed again. Been very achy since the move and I still have a lot of things to do.

can't sleep again.... been up since 1 or so and am going to try and lay back down now. Its 3:55am. I am hurting and plan to take a pain pill and see if that helps. My gut is also not happy with me and is nausous.

Feeling better this morning. Still some aches and pains but was easier to get out of bed this morning. back is still an issue but better. Hopefully I won't have to take any pain pills today. I hate taking pain pills.

Not hurting as bad as I was this morning. Been very achey all day though. My back has been a major issue. I didn't get much done today as I was hurting a lot.
