Fibro-Pain-foggy...........

Allergies, Fibromyalgia, \lots of pain and discomfort.....

Body hurts everywhere in a Fog the last 2days........

Have been a little busy last few days, so this is my 1st log in awhile.......Had a massage on Tuesday saw Chrioprctor on Wednesday, which makes me feel better after these appointments, just Fatigue, pain level very low!!!

Have more engergy then I had in awhile, but neck right traps, shoulder and arm, lots of pain, from CPR and 1st aide training at work yesterday....

no stiffness hardly this morning, but as daY WORE ON BECAME TIRED AND SORE, FROM RIGHT INNER to the right side deep in my throat lots of pain in discomfort????

a lot better then yesterday just the normal stiffness, pain , not as tired as usual.

Have some kind of Bug whole body hurts totally fatigue,diarrhea really bad,in bed for over 24hrs.....

Sore,Fatigue, slow moving, but staying positive!!!!!!
