In spite of the fact that my left knee is hurting (weather), I feel pretty good. Our grandson spent the night last night & slept in the twin bed in the spare bedroom. That's the first time he's slept in that bed. I put pillows on the floor in case he fell out & when I went in to get him up this morning, he was curled up on the pillows! Don't know if he fell out of bed or just decided to sleep down there but he was happy. I can't wrap my head around the fact that he's 17 months old! My daughter actually bought a potty chair for him yesterday! 😳

Not much pain lately. Working out seems to be giving me more flexibility & helping the pain. I have an appointment in June with an ortho doctor for second opinion about knee replacement.

Not much pain the past week or so. We had our grandson overnight Saturday & had lots of fun with him. He keeps me so busy!

Thursday I made the decision to join Curves again. Friday I did my first workout. I was able to work all the machines without much pain & I felt so good afterward.

Pain has been pretty mild recently. Emotionally, I'm feeling better. We had the Celebration of Life Service for my dad Saturday & it was awesome. Over 200 people came, including relatives from both coasts. We saw people we hadn't seen in many years & I know my dad would have been very pleased with the service.
