Bipolar since forever. Diagnosed at 20. Have gone off the meds in December 2007 with the authorization of my therapist and psychiatrist. Used to take Lithium, Tofranil, Maxalt, Synthroid then Topamax, Manerix. Was in therapy from 2005 to 2009, I go to the YMCA 4 times a week, eat well, sleep at least 8 hours every night, do not drink, do drugs and have a dependence to coffee and chocolate. I used to see my psychologist once a week and my psychiatrist every 3-4 months. I have a blog : bazookah5.wordpress.com
