Dilantin® is a brand name for phenytoin, an antiarrhythmic and anticonvulsant agent. It is used for the management of generalized tonic-clonic (grand mal), complex partial seizures; prevention of seizures following head trauma/neurosurgery. Off label it is used for neuropathic pain.
