I'm a 58 yr old male. I go by what my mom told me years ago... 'You are, what you eat' I try to eat a complete well balanced meals here. I am experiementing with some herbs on helping my sexual dysfunction here... Provigar and Prosvent. So far so good.. I've not had the problems with having to go to the bathroom in a hurry! I smoke cigarettes here still.

I was dx'd about 15 yrs ago. I have relapsing/remitting MS. I've been in remission for a number of years. I do get noted with a few more plaques from my MRI scans from time to time. Of late, I have had a problem with my vision. I wear glasses now... but hey, I'm 58!
