extremely tired. exhausted. took one muscle relaxant when awoke at 9am. groggy all day. seeing Dr.V on Wed. (as well as MC) + Cindy tomorrow

woke at 3am. had loose bowels. the muscle relaxants help with controlling the cramps. also the sedative effect. even mom dreads passing out!

just saw dr.h. started to cry. REALLY felt Mom possibly dying. Sad. BUT? I did okay! I see her again 12/4 at 1:30pm. Mom has physcialtherapy
