About Abel Nightroad

I was born in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada in 1959. I was adopted while still a baby. I am an airforce brat, having lived in various parts of the country, thanks to the Royal Canadian Air Force. I think I "inherited" my depression from my mother. She spent a lot of time in bed when I was growing up. I have the same problem getting up in the morning.
