- Dosing: I adhere to a STRICT timing schedule - I have a timer alarm on my Blackberry set for 5am, 8am, 11am 2pm, 5pm, 8pm. If I forget or am late taking the dose I'm screwed up for the rest of the day. Without carbidopa-levodopa I am useless - my entire left side is frozen stiff with muscle cramps.
