- I only take this maybe a handful of times through the year for major panic/paranoia events related to my bipolar disorder. I overally have a very good control and handle on the manic side of my bipolar disorder and I'm capable of talking myself down from panic attacks. When the self help techniques do not work, I will take this as it do calm me down quickly.
