i hurt but i am in good spirits. trying to not let stress get to me emoticon smile

joints hurt, chest muscles hurt, asthma is flaring, anxiety and stress through the roof.

been a busy but calm day, lots of pain but for once my stubbornness is winning.

marginally better physically today, mentally better. had church this morning and that really perked my spirits up! emoticon smile

now i have a massive headache and am nauseous. BS numbers are wonky too. so stressed out w/life. depressed about how much i hurt etc

joint pain and swelling, eyes are puffy but allergies arent the cause -- dunno what is. got the weird chest/rib/muscle pain. very stressed

in town shopping all day, everything hurts so bad. mentally i am in a good mood, it is just the physical that sucks.

much less pain and swelling today, still cold, low grade fever, more energy today

still stiff, swollen and in pain, running a low grade fever, been freezing all day (temps in mid 90s outside), still having muscle spasms.

swollen hands and knees, severe back pain, muscle spasms in arms/hands, massive headache, fatigue, numbness/tingling in extremities.

anxiety depression grief, joints hurting, back hurting, exhausted

insomnia, overheated, stressed out, joint/bone pain, irregularly eating, paranoia anxiety depression.
