I was informed when ,I was 18 an paranoid of aliens that I was having obsessive thinking. I was given tasks to help me beat this and it worked well and very quickly. I have suffered severe anxiety all my life from GAD, Social Anxiety, PTSD, Sleep Disorder, Worry & Rumination.
Last week I was informed I have compulsions in terms of lateness to appointments and responsibilities where I know I have to go yet I always find things to do that make me late.
Diagnosed by my psychologist.

I went to a pain specialist to have my FM looked at by a different doctor. Whilst there the doc pressed around my ear, in my ear and such and asked if it hurt me. I said yes only when you press it. The doc said it shouldn't hurt at all and this is an indicator of TMJD. He referred me to a pain specialist in dentistry.

Here I was looked at and a splint was made up for me. On the first day the Dentist identified by looking at me that I have TMJD and she also said there is more going on in there but he'll wait until the MRI to reveal any further information.

So the MRI results indicated that my TMJ's are actually far beyond what I thought. They are dislocated backwards (apparently rare) and the cartilage that sits between the socket and bone has dislodged on both sides and floated somewhere forward .... so bone on bone permanently. The splint helps to prevent the bone mashing at night however I'd need to see a specialist physio to assist with the cartilage relocation...

My CFS is a symptom of FM.
