Two years ago I had pneumonia twice in a month and then was diagnosed with diabetes. This caused me go into a deep depression and loose control of anxiety that I have struggled with most of my life. Lexapro has helped in this and I regained control of the anxiety. Took Celexa for 11 days and had a terrible reaction to this. I could only describe it as psychotic. Manic during the day and arguing with myself when alone. I suffer more during the winter with SAD.
