I know what you mean, I have been so tired this summer with it being so hot,Then I have been to where all I want to do,is sleep. I have Put on so,much weight, so now I went and started working out at a call Planet Fitness and In one week I have lost 4 lbs, so I hope that as I go on this journie I can get back to where I was two years or so ago , cause being at 182 at 5'ft 6 is not good, my blood pressure is up .

i know we are all busy, hate hearing how much you have gained, but hopefully you can work it back off...i am rooting for you...right now my tooth hurts all i did was want to brush them..lol, been having dental work, have a temp cap in place, but i will pull it myself if this is going to be the usual...lol. at least summer is almost over...thank god....back in june i had the botox injections in my bladder, 14 at once, don't think i did not take the day after at work off...lol, but i feel as though i can hold a gallon until i hit a bump in the road..lol, i have to drink large amounts of fluids, for i had been passing out due to dehydration and the surgery it self was not enough help spring of 2011.Uretha sling
now the injections will be a 6-9 month thing and after insurance my cost is still 900.00. i have had to file for disability because i was having too many incidents while delivering mail....enough to scare my self and things that have killed carriers and others as well....so i am still waiting to hear from Washington d.c. you take your time in responding, for i only get on now about once or twice a month. just basically browsing. wishing you well with your work outs, sounds like a great start...Take care of your self do not over do it....love ya zzzippy
