i Had a small accident and had surgery on my index finger, within a day of being disharged i had pins and needles in my feet that escalated to my legs within a day, i could not walk and back in hospital after numerous tests was diagnosed with Guillain Barre syndrome, i was treated with iv immunoglbin for five days and spent a month in intensive care, i then went to a physio rehabilitaion centre and spent almost four months learning to sit upright and eventually walk again without crutches. My next review with the neurologist and he said i had CIDP. and needed 5 more days in hopital with iv im
