Advice & Tips
I tried this for a long time but it made falling asleep more difficult and even if I did use it for the full time I was sleeping, I didn't notice a change in my fatigue levels. I believe that my fatigue is mostly due to my Multiple Sclerosis so unfortunately the C-Pap had no effect for me.

About CPAP Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (Equipment)

Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) delivers air into your airway through a specially designed nasal mask or pillows. The flow of air creates enough pressure when you inhale to keep your airway open. CPAP is considered the most effective nonsurgical treatment for snoring and sleep apnea.
