Advice & Tips: I reduced the dosage from 4mg to 2mg. I had initially started on one mg. Dr reccommended I go up from 2 to 4, but the 4 lowered my blood pressure and I ended up feeling sedated. 2mg w at bed time works great at reducing number of times I get up in the night to urinate and eliminates accidents.

Advice & Tips: The increased dosage did reduce the frequency of using the bathroom at night to one or none from 2 to 4. It can lower your blood pressure, and make you feel light headed and lowers energy. Take early enough in evening so to reduce the tired feeling the next day.
