Feeling good today, but still insomnia.

haven't slept in 24 hours due to insomnia then busy work day, but feel ok.

Experiment: Wear back support rap, knee brace and see if I could go shopping without increasing my pain. While not as bad I still needed ice

I don't exerpience FMS pain while on gabapentin, but found my spine is curved like a S, which makes it difficult for me to be on my feet.

Had to nap yesterday, felt like I was running a fever but temp 97. Otherwise feeling fine.

My FMS pain is under control, but I found my back is twisted like a S and puts strain on my body, experiencing tension in neck and shoulder.

missed 1 pill, increased stiffness/pain in hands, more difficulty sleeping. Noticing fingers itch right where they join to hand.

I was up until 6am slept to 3pm.

sleeping better, no pain, less stress, getting more stuff done.

Inflammation in neck and shoulders, had Massage Therapy to help.

Got to sleep earlier 3am up at 9:30.

I don't know whether to say Bad or Neutral. I feel fine, but can't sleep, not tired. Tried Maximum Strength Nytol, but didn't make me tired.

Feel more rested. Starting Ritalin today for first time.

Saw new Massage Therapist, who worked on neck, shoulder and arm repetive stress related pain and ended up with tension headache all night.

Lack of sleep, stress, anxiety.

Insomnia, not sleeping deeply, experience fibro fog really bad last week.

On Gabapentin to help with sleep, but still feel exhausted afternoons w brain fog. Did help enormously w pain and joint stiffness overall.
