About Valjo

I was just DX'd with MS, but I think I've had it since about 1980. I like to ride horses, but since DX I've had to give it up, especially since I fall a lot. I walk with a cane now. No meds for the MS yet, just Detrol LA for bladder problems. However, I'm taking Kalawalla which is a food supplement that so far has helped with fatigue. It's also supposed to help with frequency of attacks. It also is supposed to repair the T-cells that are damaged in attacks.

More About Valjo

Currently I can't ride due to a broken wrist, but look out when I get the cast off.  I was doing hippotherapy(horseback riding)  twice a week, even on the drill team.
