Advice & Tips: If you take lamotrogine, you have to be consistent. Missed doses can create side effect issues as well as re-start issues if you miss too many doses.

Advice & Tips: In order to remember my meds, I set an alarm on my phone to remind me. Lamictal also aids me in regulating mood swings. Once my doctor made the incread to 700mg per day I started having trouble with hyperactivity that has not gone away during the 6 weeks since the increase.
