I have several diffferent kind of seizures including grandmal seizures. I have tried five different seizure meds in the last 15 years or so with no luck. I finally got to see a neurologist who put me on Keppra XR I was still having seizures so he then added Lamictal which started this downhill roll. I was also put on Topamax to counteract the side effects of the first two. It seemed to make things worse so I stopped taking the Topamax. The side effects are life altering to say the least. I have auros that seem to last for days it makes me feel anxious I can't sleep I have costant headaches.

To make matters worse I am having more seizures than ever. I am now taking Vimpat also I am still having many different types of seizures. I am now taking Celexa also hope it helps.
