I am the proud mother of 3 children, James,age 25,and his wife Kara,who is in the Navy Submarine Fleet, and 20 yr old twins Brandon and Brittany. Dr. finally told me that I have progressive MS,but he wont put that in my records because insurance won't cover medications. I was told on 1/5/09 that my last MRI showed that I am having TIAs. (Mini Strokes) that my neurologist says is caused by my MS. In the last few weeks I have noticed that my pain meds are NOT helping anymore,but afraid to ask neuro to change it.

I just recently lost 2 weeks that I can't remember. I had a bad UTI infection  and my blood sugar went up to over 500 and I was in a diabetic coma. Since I woke up I am having problems remembering my animals names, and what exactly MS can cause. I am having a lot of muscle spasms, and anxiety attacks. Has this ever happened to anyone else before?
