Hi everyone my name is Terrie. I received a kidney transplant on Nov. 13th, 2010. Things are going really well for me. I haven't felt this great in years. I tired a lot but still recovering. When i was sick I felt like I was pregnant for the last 5 years but the day after my surgery I noticed that felling was gone and has not been back. My cretin level was at 9.8 before surgery and as of the 24th it was 0.9. I have PKD. Got it from my dad. He died back in "97" after he got his kidney transplant because of a staph infection. I found this site by accident and joined. on Nov.25th,2010.

I love this site very much. This is my release reading other people experiance and talk to them and vise versa. There is some really nice and caring people here. I am still adjusting to meds like the stroids but starting Friday I go down to 10mg.
