We are the parents of four children, the youngest a son age 38 with als. We moved to central Florida almost 6 yesrs ago before our sons dx. We try to be as supportive as we can to him and his family, but distance doesn't let us do all we would like to do. He is still working light duty and his progression is slow. Time will tell if we move back North. We want to do what is best for him and his family. One thing we have learned. We are not in charge on this earth
