Advice & Tips
I took this med as a a means of improving my walking speed as was it's intended purpose. I had to resort to finding a compounding pharmacy to formulate this perscription for me as it took forever (as usual) for the FDA to finally approve ACORDA's version of it (Ampyra). I did enjoy some additional un-expected benefits while using the 4-AP, the 1st being an increased tolerance to heat & the 2nd some minor but definitely noticable reduction in chronic pain. The 4-AP served me very well for the entire length of time that I used it & I incurred no negative side effects.
Cost: $100-199 monthly
