- Advice & Tips
- It works great for constipation but that was an unexpected benefit as that was not the reason I began taking it. This product actually seemed to help me with my fatigue and pain levels for a little while... it did not help at all until I started taking about 4 oz a day and then it did help but it seemed that my body adjusted to it over time and I needed more and more to get any benefit until finally the only benefit I noticed at all was the constipation relief. The expense of the product made it difficult to continue to use it only for constipation. Now I use a different product that is 90% acai juice and I take it for constipation only and it helps a great deal and that product is much cheaper than the monavie.

- Advice & Tips
- For me it took 6 ounces a day before I started to think it was helping, then it stopped being of a great deal of benefit for fatigue and pain after a few months but maybe if I kept going up on the dose it might get better again but after awhile it would get too expensive if one had to keep going up to keep the effect. However, for constipation it works well for me at about 6 ounces a day.
