Advice & Tips
All anti-seizure medications need to be "customized" to each patient. Saying that, Tegretol was not an effective medication for me. I experienced "the usual" side effects, but the dizziness & nausea/vomiting quite overwhelming to me. To top it all, I had breakthrough seizures whild on Tegretol alone. My new Dr. says I should not be on this medication at all and is switching me to Keppra.
