It worked fairly well for helping me sleep as long as I caught my "sleep wave" in time. If I ignored my tiredness, then I could stay up for hours and it lost that effect. The biggest problem for me is that it seemed to knock me out during the 2nd half of the night so I would wake extremely groggy and waste a lot of the next day.
