- I have stopped taking this medication now. I took it to ease the seratonergic withdrawal effects from Cymbalta that were unbearable. I have had a little bit of a return of panic attacks and brain zaps from the seratonin normalising but I'd say it's merely uncomfortable and certainly manageable as long as it doesn't go on much longer. I'd certainly take it again if needed unlike cymbalta.
