- My appetite has increased even more (did not think it possible) and my weight has ballooned so I am now the heaviest I have ever been. I am walking around more now than I have for a long time so short of doing regular exercise (apart from walking the rest fill me with horror and dread) I do not know what to do. I would seriously contemplate liposuction if I could afford it.
