On the road to recovery after my "blip" a couple of weeks ago. Have been overspending and yet again have used the credit card I promised not to use. I do not know how much more my husband will take. I hate myself for doing it but cannot stop. I am secret eating cakes and biscuits like never before. I feel that I am spiralling out of control.

Still the same emotionally and physically. Got so desperate I od'd on meds a couple of days ago. Not to end my life but to get away from the emptiness or extreme emotions I constantly battle with. Hate what I have done because of my poor husband. Nothing else matters so me.

STILL no change emotionally or physically. Told my husband about my excessive spending but still doing it. Why? I know it is wrong but yet I cannot help but do it. Hate myself even more than normal because of it.

Still the same emotionally and physically. Told my husband that I had had a spending spree on Gems TV but not the full extent. Feel better for having told him but the guilt is high and the worry he is going to leave me even higher. The only other emotion I am feeling is emptiness.

Same physically and emotionally. Been overspending to a dangerous level. Using a credit card that I promised my husband I would not use. Panicking about how to tell him, as I think he will leave me for letting him down again. Feel sick to the stomach over this.
