Advice & Tips
I read all the PLM blogs about the benefits of these shoes. I also looked on other web sites. All were positive. So I bought a pair. I wore them only 3 weeks. They tore up my ankles. That was in June. this is August 27 and I still am not at the level that I was before I started wearing the shoes. I had severe tendonitis in both legs/feet. I was BARELY able to walk. I will not wear this type of shoe again.

$50-99 monthly
