cheap, convenient treatment with minimal side-effects (I may be slightly more spastic but not an issue). Do not have as many issues (incontinence, urgency) with both bladder and bowels (no accidents at all). Fatigue not as profound. Am mainly taking LDN to stop progression of disease rather than to relieve symptoms.
