What is Duloxetine? Duloxetine is used to treat depression and generalized anxiety disorder. It is a selective serotonin/norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SSNRIs) used to treat both emotional and physical symptoms of depression, it is prescribed for diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain and management of fibromyalgia.

- Do *not* stop taking this drug without consulting your physician--make sure to refill your prescription well in advance. The only really negative effects I've experienced from Cymbalta have been severe headaches, body-aches, and extreme negative emotions when I've run out before; the effects are usually the worst about 48 hours after my last dose.
