What is Etravirine (TMC125)?

Etravirine, also known as TMC125, is a non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor antiretroviral drug. It is used for HIV-1 infection in combination with at least two antiretroviral agents in treatment-experienced patients exhibiting viral replication with documented resistance agents.
