mutt | I am currently serving as Associate Pastor of a church in Richmond, Virginia. I am actively involved with my church's HIV/AIDS Positive Support Group. I was a special education teacher before God called me to go to seminary; I still teach special-needs students on a part-time basis. I have three children; my twin boys (age 11) both have cerebral palsy. My daughter is 13. |

livhorg | Lovelyn Munaonye, blind since the age of ten, teaches social studies at a special school in Umuahia, Abia state's capital city. She and her husband, Jude, a staff with the Ministry of Health (HIV and AIDS Management Consultant ), discovered that they were HIV positive since 1995. The news, though initially overwhelming, galvanized Jude into becoming the foremost HIV activist in the State. He has made helping others with the virus his life's work. Without ever having seen an anti-retroviral drug (As at then), he soldiers on, encouraging healthy life choices and positive attitudes to life. |

| desertmom45s | I'm not a caregiver in the sense that I have many patients. I only care for my daughter Brandi who has been infected with HIV since 1992. She currently lives in Florida and is moving out here on a permanent bases to California, in the high desert. She was born in Nevada in 1973 and was 19 when she was infected. It is very hard to watch your daughter's health failing over the years. She has three other siblings and two sons that are healthy. I try and be positive around her. This sounds like a great web to join. Look forward to talking to all of you. |
