No problem! Just go to the password reset page, enter your email address, and we will send you an email with instructions for resetting your password.
How do I change my password?
To change your password, click on ‘Account’ on the top right of the page. You can then select ‘Change password’ from the menu bar on the left-hand side of the page. Only you can change and see your password. PatientsLikeMe will never ask for your password, and you should never share your password with anyone.
I can’t log in. Now what?
We're sorry that you're having trouble logging in! You should have received a confirmation e-mail at the address you used at the time of sign up to activate your account. Sometimes those kinds of emails get picked up by spam filters. You may wish to check your spam/junk folder for the confirmation email.
If you didn’t receive that confirmation e-mail, please email us from the same e-mail address you used at the time of sign up so that we can identify your account and work to resolve the problem.
