Intravenous Immune Globulin (IVIG) is a human blood product consisting of antibodies which is used to treat immune disorders including myaesthenia gravis and multifocial motor neuropathy. It is sometimes trialed on ALS patients during the diagnostic process to rule out other illnesses.
